When The Trumpet Sounds

1Cor.15.52“It will happen in a moment, in the blinking of an eye, when the last trumpet is blown. For when the trumpet sounds, the Christians who have died will be raised with transformed bodies. And then we who are living will be transformed so that we will never die.” NLT

Do you know that an event as described in the scripture above will take place on earth one day, and that when it happens its effect would be felt universally by both the living and the dead?
The Holy Bible teaches that on that day God’s angel will blow a trumpet and the sound will awake and transform the dead, who died in good relationship with Jesus Christ. They will rise up alive from where their bodies had been laid to rest or abandoned to rot. As for the righteous living at the time of this event in good relationship with Jesus Christ, God will also transform their natural bodies into supernatural, celestial bodies, and together with the risen, who died in Christ, they will take their flight home to heaven.
1Thess.4.16“For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the call of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, all the Christians who have died will rise from their graves.
1Thess.4.17Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and remain with him forever. “ NLT.

Did I hear you question when this event will happen, or if at all it will ever be? Well, spare yourself the doubt. God’s word always comes to pass at the fullness of time. The world has witnessed so much of Biblical prophesies which have been fulfilled, and many more which are presently still being fulfilled, so much that we cannot with all honesty say the fewer ones remaining shall not come to pass. For instance:
🙏 The virgin did conceive and bear a son, Jesus Christ, as prophesied in Isaiah 7:14 and fulfilled in Mathew 1:13-23.

🙏Jesus Christ died for our sins and rose again from the dead for our justification as prophesied in Isaiah 53:1-12 and corroborated by 1Corinthians15:1-8 after His resurrection.

🙏He ascended back to heaven, as He had earlier said in John 6:62-62, and will return again with the blast of God’s trumpet sound, even as the angels declared to His disciples in Act 1:9-11, while He was physically ascending to heaven in plain sight.

Rev.1.7“Look! He comes with the clouds of heaven. And everyone will see him–even those who pierced him. And all the nations of the earth will weep because of him. Yes! Amen!” NLT

I may not know for sure the exact time this event will take place, but l know that when the trumpet eventually sounds and the saints are raptured to heaven, the unbelievers left behind in the world will come to realize the followings:
😔That they have lost their only chance of getting right with God
😧That there will be no more super natural blast of a Trumpe to transform and transport anyone to heaven again because “..the last trumpet” would have already been sounded.
😲That the advent of grace had fully run its course during the gentile period, the implication of which is that the gift of eternal life would not be possible to anyone of gentile extraction any longer!

😭That mankind’s unbelief and rejection of God’s warning to repent of their sins and be born again has turned out to their own detriment.

🥵😭 That God’s judgment and eternal damnation has come on the unrepentant sinners at last.

John.3.18 “Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son”. NIV.

Why not make the decision now: where will you want to be when God’s trumpet sound?
